Product Support Engineer (IAM)
We are looking for a Product Support expert who has good programming and scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and VB Script and has a strong understanding of IGA (Identity, Governance, and Administration) with hands-on experience with one or more of the market leading IGA Products (ISIM, Sailpoint, IGI, Oracle IDM, etc).
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education
Skills Required:
BE/B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/Degree in Computer Science
Strong understanding of IGA (Identity, Governance and Administration). Hands on Experience with
one or more of the of IGA Products will be an added advantage (ISIM, Sailpoint, IGI, Oracle IDM
etc)
Sound understanding of Middleware components IIS, Database- MSSQL
Good programming and scripting skills such as JavaScript, PowerShell, VB Script etc.
Understanding of enterprise security and auditing requirements will be added advantage
Administer, manage and maintain IGA Solutions
Troubleshoot problems and respond to escalations, and perform repairs as needed
Be the technical liaison and the escalation point between client teams and the ISSQUARED
offshore/onshore team
Strong knowledge of business process
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to do customer demo’s and presentation skills
