Product Support Engineer (IAM)

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education

Skills Required:

• BE/B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/Degree in Computer Science
• Strong understanding of IGA (Identity, Governance and Administration). Hands on Experience with one or more of the of IGA Products will be an added advantage (ISIM, Sailpoint, IGI, Oracle IDM etc)
• Sound understanding of Middleware components IIS, Database- MSSQL
• Good programming and scripting skills such as JavaScript, PowerShell, VB Script etc.
• Understanding of enterprise security and auditing requirements will be added advantage
• Administer, manage and maintain IGA Solutions
• Troubleshoot problems and respond to escalations, and perform repairs as needed
• Be the technical liaison and the escalation point between client teams and the ISSQUARED offshore/onshore team
• Strong knowledge of business process
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to do customer demo’s and presentation skills
